Asanas (Yoga Postures) strengthen and tone the body, improving the flow of energy, helping to regulate the physical systems of the body and breath, and stilling the mind for meditation. 

Asanas used in classes will vary and depend on the abilities of the student as well as the style of Yoga being practiced.

Beginners Yoga Class

Designed for anyone who hasn’t had any prior experience with yoga. It is physical exercise aimed at improving body tone, posture, stamina, strength, flexibility and balance. It is intended for relaxation, de-stress, feeling healthier and more energized overall. If you are eager to learn, you should come and experience the incredible benefits of Yoga Poses are not complex or difficult. It does not require the student to be flexible and is paced for all beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga

This type of Yoga is faster paced than other types of Yoga. They are known fluid transitions from pose to pose, while linking the breath to movement. The practice does have elements of intensity to it but no two Vinyasa classes are the same. To test your physical limits and steer away from routine, Vinyasa Yoga is a must try.
Vinyasa yoga can be done as a moving meditation, is dynamic and ever-flowing.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga can be defined as any type of Yoga that teaches physical postures. You won’t work up a sweat in a Hatha class, but you will leave feeling more relaxed and looser in the muscles. Hatha Yoga is all about the basics, more chilled than Vinyasa but not as much as a Restorative/Yin class. This type of Yoga is good for anyone who wants to become active or just wants to hit the mat.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga a delightful way to relax and stretch the body. Also, described as Yin Yoga, and put the student into inactive positions where the body experiences the benefits of the poses without using much effort. It is regarded as a meditative practice where the body relaxes into poses without applying too much effort, while gravity allows the muscles and connective tissues to lengthen within the body. Flexibility comes easily with this practice. The class is slow paced, poses are held for longer than normal, and is regarded as a more meditative practice.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) with the aerial arts. It is a fun, challenging workout designed to increase strength, mobility, balance and flexibility, and you will have a great time while doing it! A total mind and body workout for those who want to combine fitness with FUN.

HIIT & Strength Training

High Intensity Interval Training workouts consists of short bouts of intense exercises, followed by shorter periods of rest and recovery. This cycle of hard work and recovery is repeated anywhere from 10 to 15 times, depending on the workout. Each exercise focus' on different parts of the body.

Pole Dancing includes Combo’s (putting moves together into different combinations), Tricks (learning new tricks you can do on the pole), Conditioning (aerobics based classes to increase strength needed for Pole Fitness) and Flow (incorporating sensual dance into your pole routine).
